A Reiki treatment raises the vibratory level in and around the physical body by clearing energy pathways and strengthening the body’s flow of life force. It helps harmonize and integrate mind body and spirit.

Reiki energy is subtle yet powerful - each session is unique as reiki energy will always adapt to one’s specific needs. It releases and clears emotional and mental blocks, reduces stress, decreases pain, balances and harmonizes moods and emotions. Receiving reiki is a calming, soothing and reinvigorating experience.
